How can I return an eCourse?
The eCourses are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Can I use the same eCourse on multiple devices?
Yes, you should be able to use your login id/ password to access the eCourse on any device.
Can I share it with my friends?
No, the eCourses are for one-person use only.
In what format is the eCourse downloaded?
Our eCourses cannot be downloaded. They can only be accessed online and are best viewed on Internet Explorer and Google Chrome browsers.
Can I repeatedly access eCourses?
Yes you can repeatedly access the eCourse you purchased; however, any particular eCourse can be bought only once during one checkout. This is to ensure that you do not buy 2 units of the same course by mistake.
Do I need to login to buy an eCourse?
Yes, you need to login to shop.onlinevarsity.com in order to buy an eCourse.
Where will I see the eCourse content after purchasing it from the Onlinevarsity website?
The instructions will be sent to your Onlinevarsity registered email id, within 24 hours of purchase of the eCourse. With this, you will need to register/ login to a webpage to be able to see the content of your purchased eCourse. If you have purchased printed material, it shall be delivered to your shipping address within 10 business days.
Can I try the product before buying?
Yes. You can find a sample video or sample course material for each of our eCourses. View it before making a purchase decision.
How to buy an eCourse from Onlinevarsity?
Browse shop.onlinevarsity.com, select the eCourse, and click on ‘Add to Cart’. Register/ login to your account and make the payment using your credit/ debit card, internet banking or other methods of payment we accept. The instructions to start accessing the eCourse will be sent to you via an email along with the voucher code or login id and password.
In case you have purchased a physical product such as a book, it will be delivered to your address as per the committed delivery date.
