The Training Need Analysis provides a study report, which would consist of one or more of the following documents.

·  Needs of the organization over the time frame agreed
·  A list and description of the courses/programs identified phase wise. The description of the courses consists of name of the programme, rationale, objectives, outcomes, duration, prerequisite needs, instructional/training strategies, source of instructional materials.
