Our passion to be No 1 Education and training company has inspired the new approach in delivery methodology. Aptech has designed a proprietary delivery architecture model AMEDA (Aptech Multimodal Education Delivery Architecture) that blends together three modes of learning - classroom based, Computer Based / Web based learning and collaborative learning tools. AMEDA methodology uses traditional classroom based concepts and combines the same with technology driven tools like web-based multimedia driven instruction, which gives a firm grounding in fundamentals / concepts through intensive project based practical sessions to reinforce the knowledge gained.

We have been the path breakers in bringing blended learning solutions to the training business. The conceptual ground behind the blend is to review a learning program, chunk it into modules, and decide the best medium to deliver those modules to the learner. Various media include:

·  Traditional classroom or lab settings (ILT)
·  CD-ROM (Self-paced)
·  Textbook (Print)
·  Stand-alone Web-based training (Online)
·  Asynchronous Web-based training (Offline)
·  Synchronous Web-based training (Real Time)

Training methodology is effective if learning is structured around performance based objectives and then delivered via the medium that best fits the content and the audience. This often is a mix of traditional instructor-led training, synchronous online training, and asynchronous self-paced study along with study guides and textbooks.

The choice
The participant can attend a personal contact session in the Instructor led environment or explore a carefully structured environment by taking a media rich online course. They also have an option to reinforce concepts in a self-learning mode using CBT.

Collaboration is a key component to the learning process, and AMEDA supports synchronous as well as a-synchronous collaboration. Students can interact with Tutors synchronously in the tutor chat room and with the peers in the peer chat room. A-synchronous interaction takes place through e-mails and bulletin boards.

AMEDA is thus an optimal mix that blends together the classroom and the online models in the most interactive form.

PEOPLE DON'T LEARN THE SAME WAY, SO WE DON'T TRAIN THE SAME WAY.
